As Director, Yosef oversees every aspect of the studio, bringing a hands-on approach to each project. From concept through completion, he reviews all plans, guides design direction, manages budgets and timelines, and serves as the primary point of contact for clients. With a comprehensive understanding of both design and delivery, he ensures that every project reflects the firm’s standards of quality, clarity, and client satisfaction.

Our Licensed Architect brings years of professional experience and deep expertise in New York City zoning and building regulations. He leads zoning and code analysis, ensures compliance with all applicable laws, and manages the expediting process with city agencies. From DOB filings to addressing objections, he navigates the regulatory landscape efficiently, ensuring projects move forward smoothly and responsibly.

Our Architectural Drafter transforms concepts into precise, buildable drawings. Using industry-standard tools such as AutoCAD and BIM-based software, she develops detailed plans, sections, and construction documents. With a strong eye for accuracy and coordination, she ensures that every drawing clearly communicates design intent and technical requirements.

Our Marketing Manager oversees the firm’s brand, marketing strategy, and business development efforts. Our 3D Visualization Specialist brings designs to life through high-quality renderings and visual storytelling. Using advanced software such as SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, V-Ray, and other visualization tools, he creates compelling imagery that helps clients fully understand the spatial, material, and atmospheric qualities of each project before construction begins.
